In present knowledge based society, the library as an Information Resource Centre is an integral part of the education process and plays a pivotal role in promoting and improving the education standards, research and in overall development of the society.
The B.K. Birla College Central Library since its establishment in the year 1972 has been determined to satisfy the diverse information needs of its users. Today with its finest infrastructure, rich collection and with ICT enabled functioning the library has transformed itself into a hybrid automated system with online resources and services.
